Analisis Hasil Survei Kebutuhan Data Kabupaten Boalemo 2019

SKD is a survey designed and conducted by BPS to identify the level of needs and the level of customer satisfaction. SKD is an annual survey that was first carried out in 2005 and only conducted at the Central BPS. In 2008, the SKD was conducted at the central BPS and five provincial BPS as pilot projects. In 2009 and 2010, SKD was implemented at the central BPS and eleven provincial BPS. In 2011 - 2013, SKD was conducted in the central BPS and 33 provincial BPS. Since 2014 until now, the location of the SKD implementation has been expanded to the kabupaten / kota BPS.SKD provides space for the community to assess the quality of services and voice their statistical data needs. This is feedback for BPS to improve the quality of statistical services. Feedback also provides new ideas for innovating public services.
